Are yu doing a project on Malaysia or soemthing? Firstly, I think you have your words mixed up but if you are trying to ask what i think you are then you might want to consider the articel int he economist this week. The problem with this is indirectly it will affect other countries whos et more in store with the American policies who then will trade less with malaysia so in the short term yes - it will benfit butin the long term it will cause more problems.
