Some people think it's because the ocean (which is a big portion of earth) reflects onto the sky. Some people think it's because the human eye catches the eye, and it's all we see, and, the most scientific reason it I believe, that blue has a low resolution, and so, in the sky, it shows it 10x more then most colors, so, in that there the sky could be yellow for all we know!
