There are two different situations here. Getting up immediately after lying for a long time, and having those symptoms, may be due to postural hypotension. You may want to have your blood pressure taken when you are lying down, and then, when you stand up. The other situation when blood was taken, or, when the needle was inserted into your vein, it may due to phobia. There are persons who react with such symptoms which you described under the same situation as you had mentioned.
