excess revs is due to fault in system have a diagnostic run. this ought to flag up any sensor issues etc. gareg can also check for sticking idle speed controller and oil pullover. ( burning oil from engine via rings or seals in head)

Start by checking your transmission fluid. However, isn't it still under warranty? Then take it back to the supplier.

Its broken and still under warranty so stop wondering and take it back to the dealer
