find local shop at ATRA.COM for road test to verify the second gear problem and if the loss of power related to the transmission or if engine problem

Possible broken vacuum line from the MAP sensor to the throttle body.Hard delayed shifts and Torque converter will slip if vacuum line is broken or leaking.
