Snow + Too much gas + Open Differential = What happened to you. The particular alignment job is called the Ackerman Effect. Car will steer away from traffic in a worst case scenario where you fall asleep at the wheel, to prevent accidents with other drivers. So that probably means, your right wheel was spinning. The real question is, why are you behind the wheel of a car you can't handle?
