Because this is how it is presented to them by a lot of conservative media: i.e. Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, etc. Presenting it this way allows those media pundits to turn their outlandish claims into tests of integrity. You have to believe what Hannity says, not because what he says it true, but because he is "the only one standing up for America" etc. Liberals are "the enemy", so listening to them is tantamount to treachery. Whatever evidence or sound reason they may have to offer is just part of their treachery. Hence this polarization between liberals and conservatives helps isolate people from receiving too much information and questioning the narratives they are being fed. I think parts of the conservative media are particularly prone to this, but the liberal media also do it in their own ways.

We are passed that. Its about the - people versus the elitists (political, financial, and media) - people versus the globalists. And Donald Trump is the only world leader standing up for the people against the elitists and the globalists.
