Make the mix a little bit thicker.

I always bake 1 or 2 "test" cookies first. Sometimes adding more flour will help keep cookies from spreading. If you're making more than one batch, make sure the cookie sheets have cooled before putting the dough on them.

u may have added to much ingredients(wet)

There's a bunch of reasons that happened but a lot of it depends on the cookie dough you made, the temperature of the oven, and the thickness of the pan you used. If the dough is already really soft it will definitely spread a lot. What you can do is refrigerate it for a bit after you place the cookies on the pan. Also, don't press down on the cookie dough on the pan- just leave it ball-shaped.
