"Sing" is a verb - it cannot be sued as a noun, unless you use its related one - SONG. "Can you tell me the SONG she is performing?" Or - "Can you tell me if she is a good SINGER?"

"Sing" isn't a noun. The noun you're looking for is "song". "Who can tell me what song she sings?"
