You cannot go non-stop, you have to take breaks, just like you do on a job, for eating and restroom visits. You don't need energy drinks at all. About once an hour, stop and get out of the car and walk around, stretch your muscles, and do some simple exercises. When you sit for long periods of time your blood circulation is not very good and you become sluggish. When I was 26 years old I drove from Dallas, Texas, to Washington DC on the Interstates. I pulled into rest areas and took naps. At one rest area I went to the restroom and got back into the car very quickly because the mosquitos were all over the place, and I spent about five minutes killing mosquitos in the car before I could take a nap. I never used energy drinks or drank coffee, because I don't need them.
