The She-Ra toyline was created by (and therefore exclusive to) Mattel. The dolls to the left and right of She-Ra appear to be out of scale and have a different design aesthetic, and I don't believe they were part of the She-Ra toyline. Neither look like Catra (who was a brunette and had a red costume and mask) nor Bow (who was male).
