I have NO IDEA about where you would do this in India. In the USA, repainting an aircraft would be considered a MAJOR modification/repair and the work MUST be supervised and signed off by a certified aircraft mechanic (A&P)

I think that the aircraft leasing company might have something to say about this.

Go to any MRO Maintenance Repair Organization, where they will do your aircraft colors. Yes you can paint it to your Company colors. At the end of the lease you will return it to the lease agreement contract, usually to re-install the original aircraft components that is installed with the aircraft. But painting it with your own is not part of the lease agreement otherwise who would lease an aircraft flying in pure white paint and no design nor airline logo whatsoever.
