The only way to know with certainty is to measure each of them with a sound level meter (new ones start at $40 or so) and compare the numbers. Be sure to position the sound level meter at the same distance from each cabinet (the standard is 1 meter, or 39.37 inches). [From U.S. via Y!A Canada]

You cannot say you have not given the important information - Sensitivity how many dB SPL/ 1 watt in or how many watts for a reference level eg 96 dB SPL (at 1 meter) counting speakers means nothing as the same power is going into them - only the sensitivity makes any difference
