In my region it would be some sort of curry! I guess salads could be regional, depending on what's in season. Edit: it seems others have forgotten our lunch date. It is kind of quiet around here isn't it?

out in the Aussie bush we cannot let good food go to waste .. just love early morning pickups before the dingos n wedgetails n foxes n crows get their share ...Grannie Annie puts so much effort into baking her famous Bunyip Burgers that i have to hang the roadkill in the shearing shed myself .. that's besides hunting the bunyips each night down by the billabongs in the howling winds ... .
