We'd have invaded Russia, lost and now be part of the Soviet Empire. The USA only joined in because Japan made them an offer they couldn't refuse. Before then, they were quite happy to sell arms to Britain and Germany. Without Pearl Harbor, it's unlikely that the USA would ever have become a superpower.

The U.S.would have had a war with Japan, while the Russians dealt with Germany and England. The outcome would have brought an eventual peace between England,Germany and Russia. Japan and the U.S. would have ended their war earlier. No Atomic Bomb would have been used. There would have been no Superpowers and the Cold War would not have happened.
