Like a Kia Rio or a small Honda would be good at a decent price. I am a 6foot guy and I was able to squeeze into a Kia for 6 months for the mileage

Which City? The best idea might be to hold off on a car until after college. Most cities have fairly accessible and affordable public transportation. It can also be costly to own a car in a city, because parking is hard to find and thus expensive (especially if your school is charging you.) If you plan on spend most of your time in the city, stick to bus/subway/bicycle then get a cheap service like zip car for when you need it.

if you're in a city you, don't need a car. If you're commuting to the about a kia rio....or a chevy cruze
