I'd say it's an abstract depiction of a representational landscape, a garden in this case. It's not high up on the abstract scale but it's still there, as the flowers are simplified and distorted into wilder and more cartoon-like shapes. As for colour scheme, it uses primary and secondary colours only, cold blues and greens on the left and evolving into warm oranges and pinks on the right, and there's contrast between the darker flower colours against their light, almost pastel backgrounds. There are a lot of block colours in the flowers and segments of background, and I can only see slight blending where the background colours meet. Hope that helps!
