2133 is the fastest but you have to make sure your motherboard supports 2133 MHz RAM. They also are bigger ( in physical size) and sometimes need cooling.

I'm not totally familiar with ram speeds, the only thing I remember is it is all related to the processor you are using. The processor has recommended ram speeds, all the motherboard listing that means is you can plug in any of those types of ram. Generally speaking I can tell you that 1333 will be the slowest of them all. If 2133 is compatible with the processor that would likely be the fastest option, but it also would be the most costly option to boot.

2133 is, and get a motherboard with duel channeling to get the most out of your ram. Hope this helps..
