You can NOT deny visitation only because he hasn't paid any child support. The law does allow for ways to collect child support. But it doesn't allow you to withhold visitation based on child support. If you've been to court and their is court ordered visitation, then you must allow visitation. If you haven't been to court then it depends on a lot of thing, like whether your married and what state your in.
