A diploma in nursing? If it is for an LVN program, then you can get a job as a LVN. If it is a registered nursing program, then you can get registered nursing positions that do not require a BSN.

The first thing to do is to go to your state licensing board for nursing to see if this program is accredited and will allow you to get a license. You simply don't hear of diplomas in nursing too much any more. The standard for better jobs is heading towards the BSN. That's a 4 year degree. Less desirable jobs may hire ADNs. I'm not really sure where the demand for diploma nurses is.
