uhmmmmmmmmm-.............roasting chestnuts..............ifffffffff ya know what I mean........ and I think ya do! As for trolls.............yes, the only exercise some people ever get is JUMPING to idiotic false conclusions......as we BOTH know.

I have a few on the list but my personal favourite is practicing and playing futbol/soccer on the pitch and that includes but not limited to shooting, dribbling, various kinds of drills to enhance my speed, agility and endurance. For strength training, I like to do push-ups, pull-ups and sit ups and crunches and do them every morning and evening. My upper body strength cannot be gained from playing soccer alone, so therefore I have to make up for it by doing what I had just described. Swimming is also one of my favourite but I dislike swimming too long in salt water because yes..of its salt content.

three in a bed ,two nice curvy females and myself,can work up quite a lather ,use more muscles with three in a bed than any other form of exercise,and its natural
