Bank liability include wtever dues from bank and OD is secured loan given against property mortgage

Your question is not clear. If your doubt is from the angle of a customer Bank overdraft means an operative account permitted by the Bank to the customer, in which the customer can over draw upto a sanctioned limit. Other than overdraft, if the customer has availed any other loan like vehicle loan, housing loan, machinery loan etc that due is bank liability.
