1...Protium (Normal) hydrogen has 1 proton and 1 electron only. 2...Deuterium (Heavy) hydrogen has 1 proton, 1 neutron and 1 electron. 3...Tritium (Heavy) hydrogen has 1 proton, 2 neutrons and 1 electron. Water is H2O (hydrogen oxide), Heavy water is D2O (Deuterium oxide) and T2O (Tritium oxide).

Electric current at water will turn water in to hydrogen. Burning hydrogen will result water fog. Simple thinking will say of course hydrogen is made of water but in big picture it is more complicated thing.
