Are you sure you want a verb (an action word)? It sounds like you want an adjective or an adverb (a word that modifies an adjective or verb, like "quietly") to describe an action (the reaction of the leaves -- and for that I like "shiver" or "vibrate" a lot!) I'd suggest "transcendent," if you are looking for an adjective for the voice. There's also "preternaturally," if you want an adverb.
