Yes, it means you are overdrawn and now owe your bank 165 euro. Expect them to add overdraft charges and high interest charges to that. Also expect demands for repayment and further charges (lots of them). If you don't repay it, expect your account to be suspended or closed altogether. You will still be pursued for what you owe though. Your credit rating will suffer too.
