I recommend that you rewrite your novel to make your book different from Game of Thrones if you want to publish it.

It doesn't matter if you use the same words or ideas, what does matter is how they are expressed. If parts of your story mirrors Games of Thrones really closely you have a problem. But given that you haven't read/watched Games of Thrones you cannot of stolen from it. Give Games of Thrones a watch on DVD and judge for yourself, how close is your version? If it's just the same words should not be a problem, many ideas in story's today can be traced back hundreds of years.
