I'd say your weakness is your spelling and grammer. Also, why are you asking this in the dining out section. You strength is knowing your weakness.

This is *always* a challenging question at an interview. It's tricky because you don't want to say the wrong thing and miss out on the job. The strength part is easy enough. You can say things like: "I believe in the importance of great customer service, and always do my very best to provide it.." (you can tweak the exact wording to fit the job you're trying for...) Or, if you're fortunate enough to have experience which is similar to the desired position, you can explain that you're confident you'll perform well because you have done (fill-in-the-blank). The weakness part is tough. Really For my current job, I simply said, "My weakness is that I am new and have a lot to learn, BUT, I plan to pay attention, learn quickly, and eliminate that weakness fast." It worked for me. :) Good luck with the interview!!
