Beans, spinach, almond milk and brown rice must be around at all times! If you ever can't think of anything to make you can always just steam veggies and put them over rice and it tastes excellent. Beans for obvious reasons. Almond milk for the calcium and vitamin D Spinach goes well with everything. I eat all except the rice on a daily basis no matter what. Especially white beans.

Tons of nuts, beans, soy products, veggies, fruits, vitamins and supplements, tofu, tempeh, tofurkey, quinoa.

Chia seeds, coconut oil, miso paste, adzuki beans (also other types of beans), nutritional yeast, tofu, frozen and fresh mixed vegetables, soy beans (to make tofu and milk), rolled oats, cane sugar, henna oil, B12supplements and flax seeds.
