Lunch ranges from 11-3. Dinner from about 8 to 12. When I stayed in Paris some people would still be in the restraunts at 1 in the morning. Dont expect prompt service. Order wine with dinner and get the Pre Fix menu. Appetizer, Salad, Entree, Cheese course, and Dessert. Enjoy your dining experience and do not rush. As the saying goes "some people eat to live. the french live to eat."
