With a 1660 SAT, not good. Maybe about 20%

Ucla does not care so much for community service unless you elaborated on it in your personal statement

Yes, there are many applicants for UCLA. However with a GPA of 4.2 to 4.5 you have a very good chance, You must to a good application letter, have good references, write a good essay. your extracurriculars, club leadership, and debate club, I think you have a 75% chance of getting into UCLA. Your chances of getting considered is not good due to the SAT. Its not enough. UCLA gets a lot of applicants and judging by the admission stats the school posted, I'd say almost a majority of all admitted students earn a SAT score of at least 2000, along with the weighted GPA range you have and extracurricular work. If you are only a junior this year, work on your SAT. That is the bigger obstacle.
