Not walking. Running, even jogging can help with weight loss, but walking is a natural function of a human body -- it is extremely efficient at maintaining a walking pace for a very long time on very little energy. You would naturally be hungry (even with eating disorders) at some point, and most likely anything that you eat would reimburse the energy loss of walking rapidly.

I don't think you're fat at all so I would not lose weight. If you get too skinny your face will look haggard. However, I don't think the way you are dressing is best suited for your body type. You seem to have big hips and you can't diet to make your bones smaller, so I would wear empire or a-line dresses and not the clingy type you have on now.
