Bigger tires will drop both your fuel efficiency and performance (0-60, specifically). The reason being that larger tires will mean more rubber surface on the road, which increases rolling resistance and requires more energy to move the vehicle. Taller tires, however, would improve the ride quality at the expense of some handling and would definitely require a lift as the Juke is very tightly suspended. This will change driving dynamics and could potentially make the vehicle less stable. Everything has a tradeoff.
