They are morons and they have no right to behave like that . It is lowest of the lowest jobs but still someone has to do it and they are not allowed to treat you like that . If you are doing your job honestly as you say you do I am sure you can find something better for yourself where you will be more appreciated ,so instead of being sad or upset that they send you home early use that free time in your advantage to look for another better job .
