Yes, you'd have a chance of Anglo Saxon or Celtic ancestry if you came from north Africa, let alone northern Italy. The Celts, in particular, spread everywhere between western Europe (Spain and Ireland) and the middle east, they even captured Rome at one stage. People have been travelling and doing what people do since there were people, it's not a modern thing

Anglo Saxon- probably not as they were from modern-day Germany and only moved north. Celtic- possibly, as the celts originated in modern day Russia, and spread throughout all of Europe and the Middle East.

In genealogy research we do not work on 'chances' we research via written records and even they are limited to a few centuries.... so yu are not going to find out as there are no written records to prove anything that far back............... Research your ancestry and you will then know where you ancestry is from for the last 200-500 years................

Celtic possibly - Anglo Saxon not likely. Northern Italy has hosted dozens upon dozens of various peoples and cultures over the millennias. Unless you can prove you have an ancestor of Celtic descent you cannot claim Celtic roots.
