The More You Sleep the Sleepier you'll get, my personal experience. And this is a hard habit to get rid of. You need to wake up at the exact time you want you everyday no matter what, set an alarm, or set many alarms at once to wake you up and then dont go back to sleep. It will take a few days for you to change your cycle but it has to be done. Sleeping too much makes you put on weight too.

I had the same Problem.Check out uyour Health I had undiagnosed Diabetes. I with you good Health Though and wish Diabetes is not your problem Good Luck .. IC XC NI KA KYRIE ELEISON
