i have a mum like that too. sometimes its too much for me that i feel like cursing at her. but i always imagine myself in her situation, shes probably really stressed and need someone to take out her anger on. im an asian and as u know, asian mums r really strict. To get myself calmed down, i just go upstairs to my room, close the door, and watch youtube videos. it always helps. and after that, my mum will be calm again and treat me normally... until the next time she has a freak out again. haha dont worry, i know how u feel... Just try to let that feeling go, dont talk to anyone until youre calm. my parents always call me "the teenager". in an insulting way cuz im always grumpy and i give them the silent treatment. silent treatments will just make your hate grow stronger, so just let it go and try not to make the same 'mistake' again. hope i've helped;)

At least you have a conscious. Apologize to her but don't make a habit of scolding her otherwise to keep apologizing is for naught.
