I would probably wear somthing more like the second one, longer and a more modest top. But the first one isn't bad but it isn't something for a wedding normally but if it's your personality than go with it!

OMG Which wedding are you going to attend in that dress? Don't wear the first one bcoz you'll look like a toad which fell in a blue dye (I know I would get a detention for this, but I'm trying to help).
