The last thing I views and applications on "forgiving." I didn't realize how hard I'd been on myself and therefore, couldn't give what I didn't have. I've since learned how to forgive myself and it's become easier to forgive others. By putting this spiritual principle in practice, it's become easier for me to move forward both mentally and spiritually.

I got entangled with someone here who kept insisting I had mental problems. I might be crazy......but sane enough to see she was FOS and gave her the heave ho. No longer arguing with determined troll trouble makers was a change long overdue. It's all been nothing but laughs and good times since.

Well...I used to eat without thinking much about the nutritional values or calories of what I eat because I'd quickly burn them off anyway. But as time went by I begin to notice that my body cannot perform to its full limit...and knew that it had a lot to do with the kinds of food I eat. So as of last year I am a bit more conscious of what I eat including what I drink as well. I stay away from most artificially sweetened drinks such as carbonated drinks, alcohol..only moderately not to excess and only occasionally, not every weekends or whatever...and any kinds of food high in saturated fat. Fat gives you energy but the wrong kind can also weigh you down and do other damages. And since being more conscious of what I eat, such as salads, lean meats and mostly filtered or bottled water...and incorporate that with my work out regiments and almost daily practice of futbol...I can feel the full energy level I once had.

recently changed from smoking cigs and went onto the electronic e-cigs and my health has really improved ,no more coughing my lungs up ,choking and feeling sick each morning,no more bother with severe sinusitis every year,house and clothes smell better and cleaner, a bit more costly than cigs,but everything/anything which is good for your health always costs more,but in thelong run well worth it and the extra costs.
