It depends, some people may not ask anything else beyond certain point. Why? they don't need to anymore!! IMHO One can only hope to be like them and in the meantime, emulate them, fake it until one makes it!! So, to answer your question, sometimes, but not always.

Sure - and too, they only feel like a fool for that five minutes if someone laughs at them - a teacher or other decent person will make them feel smart for asking. Which they are.
