You can get it fixed if you want. Try some super glue. If used properly it does magic things.

If I'm correct your the neck of your guitar is faulty, and you are experiencing dead notes while attempting to play sound. Bring your guitar back where you bought it, and get credit towards buying a new one. Some guitars are made where the neck can be replaced, but I think that's more on the electric ones, but then again, I could be outdated on that info, things change quickly in business. However, that said, should you decide to buy another one, play it at the store first before buying it, to know for sure, playing those songs you tried playing will work out for you.
