First off, you can look into your Bell Tell contract on line and see if you are eligible for for a replacement. Even if you are not eligible they they will try to fix it for you somehow. Try putting a tiny piece of tape on your battery. Look at the contact leaves inside and make sure they are evenly leveled up to meet the battery. Try swapping your marked battery with a friend. See if the other battery works better for you. If so, then go to e-Bay and buy a new one for it.
