Check the settings again. Specifically, make sure it's checking the correct drive(s). Make sure it's also doing a thorough scan, not just a quick memory scan. It sounds as if it's just doing a quick memory check--0.2 seconds clearly isn't enough. If necessary (and I don't specifically know Spybot) use a default search setting. You may have modified something to cause it to ignore something. Choosing a default search setting will use settings that the software considers basic and thorough. Hope that helps.

Ive never used spybot, ive always just used malwarebytes and avast anti virus....try those, they are free and work good...

Use Superantispyware free version it is very good and reliable and easy ti use,been using for 6 years and best one out in my books.
