rule of thumb with deep cycle batteries dont take them below half charge or you shorten their life quite drastically. That means your battery has a useable capacity of 60 amp hours. That means 60 amps for one hour, 30 amps for 2 hours or 6 amps for 10 hours. dont know the current draw of your proposed motor but would expect you'd get 3 - 4 hours run time. Your solar panel puts out about 0.8 amps in full sun pointed directly at the sun.. To replace your 60 amphour useable capacity would take 85 hours of sunlight ie about 10 days.
