Try doing the things that you like to do such as playing xbox or watching youtube videos earlier. if you do this earlier, you will go to sleep sooner. there is no reason to go to bed late if you don't want to. if you are tired and want to go to sleep then you should! if i have trouble falling asleep, i usually try listening to slower music but you can pretty much do anything that relaxes you. don't go to sleep stressed or with a lot on your mind because it will take longer for you to fall asleep. hope this helps!!
