I would recommend getting it checked by a doctor. It may just be an infection that can be treated with a course of antibiotics. It doesn't matter if it's not deadly, but get it checked!

get it checked ASAP chest pains especially left side @ arm not a good sign. Had same symptons myself@ it was heart problem. But unusual in someone so young Better safe than sorry. Best of luck.
