try to eat as many fruits as you can for breakfast, u need carboyhydrates to make u have energy to train

I don't think it's wise to eat immediately before you exercise, as this could cause you to be nauseous. But typically eating some healthy carbs like an hour before you workout isn't a bad idea. Something that doesn's exceed 200 calories isn't bad. After you wake up you still need to refuel your body from sleep and lack of nutrition over the past several hours. So this might be one of the best ways to avoid lagging during a workout. And then refuel no more than a half an hour after your workout. But to each their own, ultimately it's what's best for your own body that counts.

I usually eat a banana after I wake up to give me energy. So this is not immediately before a workout, I think until I wear my workout clothes and go to the gym, it will be digested... guess! That's what I do and I don't feel like vomiting or uncomfortable or anything while I train.
