Even if they take out some tax, you still have to pay some tax at the end of the year. They can't tell when they pay you how much the tax really is. All they can do is to take out some tax, but it won't be exactly the right amount. You'll still need to pay the rest yourself at the end of the year.

Do NOT check EXEMPT at all and let them withhold the taxes at that time in your life and then you will end up having some federal TAX CREDIT amounts that you will be bale to use on the correct lines of your 1040 FIT tax return when you do correctly fill out your 1040 FIT return during the 2014 tax filing season for the 2013 tax year.
