it will improve your ability to meet women, but be prepared to have to deal with being the only male in some cases.The money is good and you will always have a job, but there is so much drama dealing with death and the sick.

Well I guess you're already a man so you're halfway there already LOL Seriously no one uses that term anymore. If your only motivation is that you are unemployed or to meet women I'd say no. I'd recommend speaking with some nurses and looking at university curricula (BA to RN programs) to see if it is for you. Unfortunately a BA in sociology does not go very far. Since you haven't said anything about what your career goals are, it is hard to suggest options. Maybe a talk with a career counselor would help you decide.
