Your bank should have already told you to get a new card and cancel any card that was used during that time.

With a debit card definitely - the card numbers are still going to be exchanged in black markets, so that fact that it hasn't been used yet doesn't mean much. With credit cards you have the option to dispute charges before you pay for them, with a debit card, it could clean out your checking account and result in fees and a mess to try to resolve. Not worth the risk, if you used a debit card at Target, get a replacement card asap.
