You still haven't specified any criteria for ranking, such as overall activity and vigor of the industry, innovation, safety, training, manufacturing, employment, revenue generated, hours flown, number of aircraft and pilots, etc. In most categories the USA still ranks #1 with Canada and Australia vying for the #2 spot.
